A vampire with extraordinary powers travels from Europe to California to destroy old enemies. When arriving, Valaran the vampire calls attention to himself. This angers his vampire rivals, who feel he is ruining the hidden agenda of all vampires in this town. Therefore they must find and destroy him so they can continue attacking local victims without being discovered. On his quest to find Valaran, Exodus must feed on victims for strength. However, he is unsuccessful as his victims keep escaping his clutches. Meanwhile, Valaran finds one of the escaped victims and develops a plan to fight against the clan.
